This was my breakfast. It's toast with sweetened ricotta cheese (would also work with cream cheese), blueberries from the farmer's market, and strawberry jelly. It's very sweet! And festive!

Independence Toast
Here's a toast to Independence!
This was my breakfast. It's toast with sweetened ricotta cheese (would also work with cream cheese), blueberries from the farmer's market, and strawberry jelly. It's very sweet! And festive!
